1. Extract Fastboot.zip file to your PC
2. Enable USB debugging mood to Menu > Settings > Developer options > USB debugging.
3. Plug in USB cable your Xperia Z3 device to your PC.
4. Open a Fastboot folder. here hold down Shift and right-click now any blank area on your Fastboot folder and select Open command window here
