Samsung Note 3 ( N900T ) android version 4.3 cannot unlock via new update!

I did unlock 3pcs. N900,N900T ( android 4.4.2 & 5.0 ) but this N900T 4.3,

PROBLEM: it's stuck on asking to press *#0808# then every time I press that code from dial mode, is just keep on telling me to press *#0808# even though I did already and already Select DM+MODEM+ADB ) but is just keep on pop-up this windows even I did already choose this method.
