g850f baseband unknown imei unkonwn

I have a g850f stuck on logo mode, I used odin to flash it, after that I found the baseband and the IMEI are unknown. try to write a new efs and cert by different version of samsung tool, all end of "ssnv not found". Is that a hardware problem, or I did something wrong. New to here, please help!
