XTC2Tool version 1.16:

- WORLD FIRST: Desire 526 (A13 - European) full support including sim-unlock

- Added "Easy flasher" option - no more command lines!

- Improved unlock algo including M9, A9, etc, now faster and better!

- Fixed HTV31 sim-unlock problem

- Minor improvements
